Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned Keeps area neat and clean Reads and uses a tape measure Reads blueprints and orders Communicates well with coworkers Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Competencies Strong work ethic Can work quickly and methodically Understand safety procedures Good teamwork skills Live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired. Favorable attendance record Favorable safety record Reliable transportation Must pass a drug screen Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Frequently required to walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
