Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives Lancaster, PA | $17/hr | Full-Time | 1st Shift Hybrid Schedule After Training – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote

Allegiance Staffing is hiring two Customer Service Representatives for an established Lancaster-area company. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating by phone, and working in a fast-paced office environment. Weekend availability is required, with two consecutive weekdays off each week. Available schedules:

Schedule 1: Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM Off Monday & Tuesday

Schedule 2: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM Off Wednesday & Thursday After training, employees will work three days in the Lancaster office and two days remotely.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Assist customers with questions, account needs, and service concerns
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support
Assist circulation carriers and internal team members as needed
Enter and update customer information accurately in computer systems
Complete basic reports, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, call center, or phone-based experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
Professional and composed when handling challenging customer situations
Dependable attendance and ability to work every Saturday and Sunday
High school diploma or GED
